You will instantly take control of your health. We will be with you throughout the process and guide you on your journey.
Lisa has developed “Simplistic Strategies” to educate you on simple measures that can lead you to your healthy life. She will work with you to take an inventory of what you currently have on hand to use during your transition journey. You will be amazed at what you already have at your fingertips.
Once you have gathered your helpful goods, the fun will begin.
Your first session will be highlighted with goal setting and strategy development.
Subsequent sessions will include goal follow-up/realignment and ongoing strategy building. These components are yours. You will be encouraged to use these strategies throughout your journey and in the years to come.

Personal Training
An important part of a healthy lifestyle includes keeping your heart, lungs, and muscles strong. You deserve a unique program that suits your needs.
Personal training with Lisa provides you with the individual attention you are seeking.
Each session aligns with your health and fitness goals. Incorporating activities/exercises that will enhance your daily functioning is an important part of our program planning.
Sessions can include body weight movements, exercise bands, suspension training, or free weights (hand held or wrist/ankle). You determine which type of equipment meets your needs.
Lisa offers personal training sessions either 1:1 or small groups up to 4 participants. In-person sessions are available please email Lisa, Lisa@quistirn.com for further information.
Prior to taking part in physical activity, you will need to verify medical clearance.
Pilates Instruction
Pilates has quickly become a household buzz word and has taken on many formats. There are both classical/traditional methods and contemporary methods - which gives you a choice as to which suits your needs.
Pilates focuses on ehancing muscle strength and stability, improving balance, and allowing the body to elongate and exist as intended. The joy of Pilates is that most can participate and gain benefits.
